Refund Policy – All Smiles Cleaning Service, LLC

At All Smiles Cleaning Service, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your cleaning, please contact us within 24 hours of your service. We will gladly return to re-clean the missed areas at no additional cost. This re-clean must be scheduled within 2 business days of your original appointment.

Refunds are not guaranteed and are considered on a case-by-case basis, depending on the nature of the complaint and our opportunity to resolve the issue. We do not offer refunds for services already completed unless there is substantial evidence of negligence or incomplete work.

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the service total. No-shows or lockouts preventing our team from entering the property will also be charged this fee.

All Smiles Cleaning Service is not responsible for pre-existing damage, improper use of products by clients, or unreported issues after the 24-hour satisfaction window.
